Barrack, Rodos & Bacine Continues Its Investigation of F45 Training Holdings Inc.

11/4/2022 - Barrack, Rodos & Bacine (BR&B) announces that it is continuing its investigation of F45 Training Holdings Inc. (“F45”) (NYSE: FXLV) for potential violations of federal securities laws.

F45 Training Holdings Inc., a Mark Wahlberg-backed fitness franchisor based in Texas, went public in July 2021, when it sold 18.75 million shares priced at $16 per share. The company reported results and issued guidance that was generally expected by the market for about a year after the IPO.

District Court Grants Preliminary Approval of $65.75 Million Settlement in Mallinckrodt plc Securities Class Action

4/7/2022 - On April 7, 2022, United States District Judge Dabney L. Friedrich of the District of Columbia granted preliminary approval of a $65.75 Million settlement of a securities class action lawsuit against drug maker Mallinckrodt plc, its CEO and former CFO, negotiated by Barrack, Rodos & Bacine, on behalf of its client, the State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio (“STRS Ohio”).

BR&B Partner Appointed to Leadership Position in Forefront Dermatology Data Breach Litigation

1/28/2022 - In August 2021, BR&B filed suit in the Eastern District of Wisconsin on behalf of consumers whose personal data was accessed in a data breach at Forefront Dermatology, a Wisconsin-based company that operates dermatology centers in over 21 states. The data breach, which was first acknowledged by Forefront on July 8, 2021, occurred between May 28 and June 4, 2021, exposing the personal data, including names, birthdates, treatment information, and other data of more than 2.4 million consumers.
