1976
Barrack, Rodos & Bacine is founded in Philadelphia.
1996
Became the first firm to represent a public pension fund as lead plaintiff in a federal securities class action.
2000
One of the first firms to recover more than $1 billion dollars in a securities class action on behalf of a client.
2002
Launched BEAMS®, our comprehensive and complimentary web-based evaluation and monitoring system for institutional investors.
2005
Helped secure a landmark $6.19 billion recovery in In re WorldCom, Inc. Securities Litigation in the Southern District of New York.
2008
Successfully took In re Apollo Group, Inc. Securities Litigation to trial, securing a jury verdict that was ultimately reinstated on appeal.
2014
Participated in the landmark Halliburton II appeal, contributing an amicus curiae brief that the U.S. Supreme Court cited favorably in upholding the fraud-on-the-market doctrine.
2023
Served as co-lead counsel in litigation on behalf of former MSG Networks Class A stockholders, securing a $48.5 million settlement for the class.
2025
Secured an $84 million settlement in In re Dentsply Sirona, Inc. Securities Litigation.
