Allison Utecht, an associate at Barrack, Rodos & Bacine, focuses her practice on class action securities fraud litigation. She has considerable experience in all stages of document and deposition discovery. Prior to joining BR&B, Allison represented plantiffs and defendants in a variety of matters, including insurance, pharmaceutical, antitrust, and personal injury litigation. She served as a law clerk to the Honorable Zoran Popovich, Pennsylvania Superior Court Judge.
Allison is active in her community, serving as a regular volunteer in her children’s schools and her family’s church.
