Biography

Allison Utecht, an associate at Barrack, Rodos & Bacine, is a graduate of the College of William and Mary, Williamsburg, Virginia (B.A. 1991) and the Wake Forest University, School of Law, Winston-Salem, NC (J.D. 1994).  Ms. Utecht was admitted to practice in Pennsylvania in 1996.  She served as a law clerk to the Honorable Zoran Popovich, Pennsylvania Superior Court Judge.  Ms. Utecht can be reached at the Firm’s Philadelphia, PA office.

Ms. Utecht focuses her practice on class action securities fraud litigation.  She has considerable experience in all stages of document and deposition discovery.  Prior to joining BR&B, Ms. Utecht represented plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of matters, including insurance, pharmaceutical, antitrust, and personal injury litigation.  As an associate at BR&B, Ms. Utecht has worked on major class action litigation cases including In re Grand Canyon Education, Inc. Securities Litigation and In re Dentsply Sirona, Inc. Securities Litigation.
