Biography

Andrew Heo, an associate at Barrack, Rodos & Bacine, focuses his practice on complex class action litigation involving securities fraud, shareholder rights, corporate governance, and multidistrict litigation on behalf of the firm’s clients.  He is a member of BR&B’s corporate governance and shareholder rights practice group, as well as the firm’s case evaluation group, monitoring the markets for emerging frauds and other corporate misbehavior.  Andrew is also a member of the Firm’s consumer litigation practice group, participating in important litigation on behalf of injured consumers.

Andrew is active in his community, and is a member of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Philadelphia (APABA).
