Danielle M. Weiss, an associate in Barrack, Rodos & Bacine’s Philadelphia office, focuses her practice on securities fraud litigation on behalf of institutional investors and antitrust class action litigation. Danielle is also a member of the Firm’s case evaluation group and client services group, as well its consumer litigation practice group. She has extensive experience in all phases of document and deposition discovery, trial and appellate practice. Before joining BR&B in 2022, Danielle worked for a Philadelphia-based litigation firm, focusing her practice on complex matters involving issues of professional liability, products liability, defamation, breach of contract, breach of warranty, breach of fiduciary duty, and catastrophic personal injury.
Danielle is active in the community. Among other roles and organizations, she is currently serving on the Board of Directors of the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia, on the Board of Trustees of Temple University Hillel, as a founding member of The New Golden Age, and as National Co-Chair of the National Black Empowerment Council’s Convergence Initiative. She is the Immediate Past-Chair of the Jewish Community Relations Council of the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia, and a proud alum of the National Young Leadership Cabinet of the Jewish Federations of North America.
