Barrack, Rodos & Bacine announces the promotion of attorney Danielle M. Weiss to partner, effective July 1, 2026.
Ms. Weiss has been an integral member of the teams currently leading the prosecution of In re Fire Apparatus Antitrust Litigation,pending in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin; and In re: The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company Securities Litigation,pending in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. In addition, upon joining the firm in 2022, she was involved in the Firm’s successful prosecution of Allegheny County Employees’ Retirement System, et al. v. Energy Transfer L.P., et al. in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania ($15 million settlement) and In re Dentsply Sirona, Inc., Securities Litigation in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York ($84 million settlement), among other class action cases.
Ms. Weiss graduated from the James E. Beasley School of Law at Temple University in 2005, where she was a James Beasley Scholar, a member and associate editor of the Temple International and Comparative Law Journal, and the recipient of the Harry R. Kozart Memorial Prize. She received her B.A., cum laude, in U.S. History from University of Pennsylvania in 2002. Ms. Weiss is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, District of New Jersey, and the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
